Burleigh is the only pottery in the world to still use the traditional technique of tissue transfer printing from hand-engraved copper plates. This process ensures each piece is a unique work of art, handcrafted in our historic factory in Middleport, Stoke-on-Trent.
Is Burleigh pottery safe for use in the dishwasher and microwave?
Yes, our earthenware collections are designed for everyday use and are safe for both dishwashers and microwaves. We recommend using low temperatures and liquid detergents to maintain the glaze's brilliance over time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For international orders, shipping times vary by region but generally range from 7-14 working days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.

While we take great care in packaging our delicate ceramics, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for a full replacement or refund.
