Michael joins our team of Transferrers as the 13th member of the team, working alongside 12 other skilled members of staff, with his mentor Jacqui who has been Transferring at Burleigh for almost 21 years. Tissue transfer decoration is a craft that is protected by the Heritage Craft Register and without company investment and specialised Apprentice training, the craft would be severely at risk.
