We take great pride in the handcrafted quality of our English earthenware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Securely Package Your Items

  Carefully wrap your pottery in its original protective internal packaging and place it into a sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives back at our pottery works safely.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for resale condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
